Spring is the best time for fresh starts and new beginnings. As we wake up from our long winter nap, our minds are focused energized, refreshed and ready to celebrate. Does your body feel the same way?

A quick look to the past…..
You need to change our mindset and look to the future; the past is the past and it is best to leave it there. However, in order to make a healthy change, we need to take a look at the roadblocks from your past.
Impatience – We live our lives looking for the easy fix. There is no short cut to a healthy lifestyle. Have you got frustrated in the past because results didn’t happen as fast as you would like? You need to change your mindset! We celebrate every small accomplishment and are patient as the transformation happens.
Lack of Preparation – The biggest roadblock in any healthy lifestyle change is a lack of preparation. If you have tried to adopt a healthy lifestyle and failed; it is almost certain that you came up short in the area of preparation. Without preparation and intentionality, you cannot eat a healthy diet, get enough sleep each night and stick with an exercise routine. This time, you will plan before you start.
Encouragement – If you have attempted to get healthy with little support, you are not alone. Many people try to change their lifestyle on their own. The trouble with this is that your inner circle may not value what you are doing. They may unintentionally or intentionally sabotage your efforts. They may resent the time you take to work out. They may ridicule you for the changes you make to your diet. You will have support this time, the difference will amaze you.
Look to the Future!
Today you leave the past behind and focus on the future. You may have quit during your previous attempts, that doesn’t matter now. What matters is what you do today, tomorrow and next week.
